“First of all let me introduce my son. He has Primary lymphoedema on his left arm and chestwall.There are some hardening tissue too.He is now 10 months old.He has been in this MLD therapy since Feb 2007.Through this theraphy I can see tremendous result. Every month I can see the reduction of his arm size.The best part is he does not suffer from any cellulitis ever since he starts the theraphy. The hardening is softening too. I am happy with his improvement. I am glad I found this institute, the therapist also educated me about this illness.”

From a patient with Secondary Leg Lymphoedema who had previously received ovarian cancer treatment. Has finished 20 hours of treatment and is currently discharged from treatment by her own accord since Apr 2007.

Veronica has changed my life in more ways than just relief to my leg lymphoedema. Although, my condition may not be as advanced as some sufferers of this condition, she made me feel that it was just as important to her. For the first time in my life, someone truely understands what this is, and how it makes me feel. That in itself means even more than the tremendous relief I have gotten from my therapy with her.
I have primary lymphoedema, which started in my feet in my teens, and has slowly progress over the years. I had seen many Dr.’s in Canada about the gradual swelling, but no definate diagnosis was ever made, and no treatment was offered other than pain medication.
Finding this therapist was like the most amazing gift. I don’t live in Singapore so I cannot have ongoing treatments. After 2 months of therapy, I can notice a huge difference in the volume and hardness of my legs. The tissue is much softer, and it gets easier to drain, as I do more treatments. It seems like such a simple treatment, I was amazed. But it really has made a HUGE improvement.
The farrow wraps are great too. A lifesaver, really, now that I am able to work full-time again, and have a more active life with my 3 year old son. I hope everyone who suffers with lymphoedema is able to find such a dedicated, professional, caring therapist like Veronica. Thank you, Veronica…you gave me my life back!
